Man Sues After Boat Capsizes

An Alabama man has filed a lawsuit against the company that owns the boat he was working on when the boat capsized.

According to the complaint the man was completing his duties on the boat when the boat capsized in the Gulf of Mexico. The accident caused him severe and disabling injuries. The lawsuit alleges that the boat capsized because it was not seaworthy and the other employees of the company failed to do proper maintenance on the boat.

The lawsuit is seeking compensation for medical costs, past and future physical pain, suffering, physical impairment, loss of earnings, loss of household services, disfigurement, and mental anguish.
